Plastic fabrication and innovations
“A revolution!” was one of the first words spoken on an Italian radio when plastic started to be used in almost everything. The word plastic comes out of the Greek word which in a direct translation means “easy to move”. Nowadays almost everything that surrounds us is made of plastic. Bottles, tubes, toys, some of the parts of the computer, cell phones, TVs and etc all that is made of plastic. The only one we can blame is the plastic fabrication. These words are not spoken in bad sense but on the contrary. Imagine a world where the plastic was not invented or synthesized. Imagine your TV made out of metal for example. It will be really have to move and not mention that the cost will be increased by at least 10% of its original plastic value.

One thing is certain our world would not be the same if the plastic was not invented. Plastic fabrication has a major part in almost every big invention of our millennia. The medicine would not be same as well as many other branches of the industry. Nowadays most tools that are used in the fabrics are made of plastic. It is important to mention here that there are two main types of plastic: Amorphous and Semi-crystalline. Both these families have some unique qualities and other that differs them. One type is a little stronger compared to other. The other one may bend a little more. All these qualities serve to mankind. And the plastic fabrication puts them to good use. It precisely chooses which types of plastic to use in the specific branches of industry.

It should be widely known that with the evolvement of technology the plastic fabrication evolved as well. The biochemistry and biotechnology contributed greatly to enhancing the original power of the plastic. With the common efforts of all these sciences the winner was the customer. He or she started to get the products at lower cost compared to several years ago. Also the quality is at least 150% better. Personally I have experienced the following situation. Some years ago I got really mad and we had this old TV, at least 10 years old and I grabbed and threw it on the ground. I was so surprised when I realized the plastic was intact and only the glass was broken. There could be a better prove to me that the way of producing plastic products has been so much bettered.

The last few years everybody has been obsessed with money. Some people say it is bad thing other say it is good because you know what you want. Plastic fabrication also knew what it wanted. It wanted products at lower cost at better quality. Because of its need to satisfy the customers everlasting need to produce, better commodities will never die. Plastic fabrication evolvement is not only shown in the quality of products but also in the way to trash the plastic products. Nowadays plastics are added materials to help the disintegration of these products.
